I recently came across a blog I really like, and thought I’d share it with you in case you find it useful too:

The blog is all about how to run a successful local business, and covers stuff like how to attract more customers, how to retain the customers you already have, how to set up systems and processes to grow your business, etc.

The woman who writes the blog, Carmen Sognonvi, is a local business owner herself. She and her husband own a martial arts school in Brooklyn, NY called Urban Martial Arts.

So that’s another thing I like about the blog – she’s out there in the trenches and draws on her own experiences, it’s not just theoretical.
